Born in Venice on 4 July 1962, married, with two daughters. He graduated from Liceo Classico Celio in Rovigo.

He graduated in Law from the University of Ferrara with a thesis in Agricultural Law.

He was appointed notary in Aviano, in the notarial district of Pordenone, by decree of the Ministry of Justice dated 17 January 1996.

He currently practises as a notary in San Vito al Tagliamento, in the notarial district of Pordenone.

He is currently a member of the Notarial Council of Pordenone, of which he was already a member from 1998 to 2004.

He taught at the School of Notarial Practice of the Triveneto Notarial Committee during the academic years 1999-2000, 2000-2001 and 2001-2002.

He obtained a Master’s degree in “Law of Trusts and Fiduciary Arrangements”, organised by the Continuing Education Department of the Faculty of Law of the University of Genoa (coordinator: Prof. Maurizio Lupoi).

Member of the Federnotai executive committee from 2009 to 2014.

President of FederNotai Triveneto for the three-year period 2013–2016, and previously a member of its Board of Directors since 2004.

President of the legal culture association SuperPartes.
